About the Role

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to manage and grow our client's social media presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media strategies, content planning, audience engagement, and digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars and social media campaigns.
• Create engaging and relevant content ideas, captions, posts, reels, and campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular analytics and reports.
• Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and overall online presence.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing tools.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and other teams for campaign execution.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize them for better ROI.
• Track competitors and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Experience in social media campaign planning and execution.
• Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
