Assistant Manager – 4 to 6 years post ( CA experience 1year mandatory )

• Ind AS implementation/audit experience
• Financial statement preparation/review
• Basic IFRS exposure
• ECL / IFRS 9 exposure preferred
• Head Accounting

Deputy Manager – 6 to 9 years post ( CA experience 3years Mandatory )

• Strong BFSI audit background
• Ind AS 109 / IFRS 9 expertise
• ECL testing/advisory experience
• Hedge accounting exposure
• SOX / ICFR knowledge
• Team handling experience
• Head Accounting

Manager – 9 to 12+ years post ( CA experience 5years Mandatory )

• Big 4 / Consulting experience preferred
• Leading Banking/NBFC/Fintech engagements
• Technical accounting papers and advisory experience
• Client discussions and team management
• Head Accounting
• Key Skills Required:
• Chartered Accountant qualification (Mandatory)
• Ind AS implementation and financial reporting
• IFRS knowledge and Ind AS vs IFRS differences
• Banking/NBFC/Fintech audit experience
• Technical accounting research and documentation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
