About the Opportunity

NextScout is hiring an experienced

AI/ML Engineer

for an urgent technology hiring requirement with a leading organization.

We are looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience in

Machine Learning, Python, AI model development, and production deployment

.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
• Build scalable AI/ML solutions for real-world applications.
• Develop and optimize ML pipelines and production workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and product teams.
• Monitor and improve model performance in production.
• Work with large datasets, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of relevant AI/ML experience
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on Machine Learning experience
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms and model evaluation
• Experience deploying ML/AI solutions into production
• Knowledge of SQL and databases
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred
• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have

• Strong hands-on production experience
• Experience taking ML models from development to deployment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA

Compensation will depend on relevant experience, technical expertise, and current compensation.

Notice Period

Immediate joiners and candidates serving notice period will be preferred.
