About the role

Design digital products that make complex business workflows feel straightforward. You will work with COBOX analysts and engineers from early discovery through delivery, balancing user needs, business goals and implementation constraints. Responsibilities: - Turn research and requirements into user flows, information architecture and wireframes. - Create high-fidelity web and mobile designs in Figma. - Prototype key interactions and test assumptions with users or stakeholders. - Maintain reusable components and design-system patterns. - Consider accessibility, responsive layouts, empty states and error states. - Explain design decisions and review implementation with engineers. Success means users can complete important tasks with less confusion and the engineering team has clear, buildable specifications.

Requirements

Must have: - 1+ year of UI/UX or product design experience. - A portfolio showing process as well as final screens. - Strong Figma skills, wireframing and interactive prototyping. - Understanding of usability, responsive design and accessibility fundamentals. - Ability to explain design decisions and collaborate across disciplines. Nice to have: - User interviews, usability testing or analytics-informed design. - Design-system experience. - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
