About HOOC AI Technologies

HOOC AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a technology company building AI-powered products and digital solutions. We work on innovative software experiences and are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer Intern who can help transform product ideas into intuitive interfaces, engaging graphics, and polished digital experiences.

About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer Intern who combines creativity with execution speed. You will work closely with our product and development teams to design interfaces for websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and AI-powered products.

This role involves both UI/UX design and graphic design. You should be comfortable moving from an initial concept to a polished design, creating visual assets, iterating on feedback, and preparing designs for development.

What You’ll Do

• Design user interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, dashboards, and AI products.
• Quickly translate product requirements, wireframes, and references into high-quality UI designs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Use Figma to create reusable components, design systems, and developer-ready layouts.
• Design graphics, banners, social media creatives, marketing visuals, and other digital assets.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Apply strong visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, spacing, and responsive design principles.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Incorporate feedback and manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Explore AI-powered design tools and efficient workflows to improve productivity.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
• Practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or equivalent graphic design tools.
• Ability to create both product interfaces and high-quality graphics.
• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to execute tasks quickly without compromising design quality.
• Good communication skills and willingness to take ownership of deliverables.
• A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, website or app designs, prototypes, or graphic design work.

### Bonus Skills

• Experience with Framer.
• Experience designing production-level websites or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and modern product design workflows.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who can do more than make visually attractive screens. You should understand usability, visual hierarchy, product requirements, and how design decisions affect the overall user experience.

You should be proactive, comfortable with feedback, capable of working independently, and interested in building real products in a fast-moving technology environment.

Compensation and Growth

• Monthly stipend of ₹10,000 for six months.
• Hands-on experience with real-world software and AI products.
• Direct collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Opportunity to build a strong portfolio through practical product work.
• Potential full-time employment after the internship, with compensation of up to ₹3 LPA, depending on performance and evaluation.
