UI/UX Designer

Role Description: The UI/UX Designer will work on-site in New Delhi in a full-time capacity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and digital products. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, defining user flows, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, and refining designs based on feedback and usability testing. The designer will translate business and marketing requirements into user-centred design solutions, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and modern design standards. This role also involves close collaboration with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation, as well as continuous iteration to improve user experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in user experience design (UED), including user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in visual design and creating high-quality mockups that align with brand and product goals.
• Experience with prototyping tools and workflows to build interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder review.
• Understanding of front-end development concepts and ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Ability to conduct and interpret user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Relevant education in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work across web or digital products.

Salary Range - 3 LPA to 5 LPA
