Job Summary Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user and business requirements. - Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations. - Assist in maintaining and following design systems, style guides, and UI standards. - Ensure consistency in visual design, interaction patterns, and branding across products. - Support senior designers and design leads in executing design strategies and concepts. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. - Clearly present design concepts and rationale to internal teams. Qualifications Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design. - Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX skills, design process, and problem-solving ability. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools.: - Basic experience with user research, usability testing, and design iteration. - Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform usability principles. - Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus. - Solid communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines
