About the Role

Join RED SAG as a UI/UX Designer and become the creative force behind our digital products. You will transform complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions that make a real impact on people's daily lives. This role gives you the opportunity to work on the entire design process – from initial research and concept development to final implementation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products not only look stunning but also provide exceptional user experiences. Your designs will influence how thousands of users interact with our platforms, and you'll have the chance to build and evolve our design system to maintain consistency across all products.

What You'll Do

• •Lead the complete design process from research to final implementation
• •Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• •Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback
• •Develop and maintain our comprehensive design system
• •Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• •Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients

What You Bring

To succeed in this role and make a real impact at RED SAG, we're looking for someone who brings:

• ✓ 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
• ✓ Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other modern design tools
• ✓ Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking
• ✓ Experience with responsive and mobile-first design methodologies
• ✓ Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices
• ✓ Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
• ✓ Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
