Ui/ux Designer Pos/wms Systems Ahmedabad (India)

seeking a user-centric UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in user research and experience design to help shape our digital and offline experiences.

​You will translate real user needs into simple, intuitive product journeys spanning online shoppers, offline store customers (including the 50+ age group), store staff, and pharmacists.

​Key Responsibilities

​User Research & Insights (Primary Focus)

​Conduct user research across online customers, offline store customers, store staff, pharmacists, and internal stakeholders.

​Plan and execute user interviews, contextual inquiries (store observations, POS interactions), usability tests, and competitor benchmarking.

​Convert research insights into personas, customer journey maps, problem statements, and prospect areas.

​Validate assumptions and concepts with users using rapid testing methods.

​Continuous improvement of user flows based on both qualitative and quantitative signals.

​UX Strategy & Visual Design

​Translate research insights into information architecture, wireframes, flowcharts, and low-fidelity prototypes.

​Convert wireframes into clean, contemporary UI components adhering to design systems.

​Ensure accessibility, readability, and visual consistency across all interfaces.

​Collaboration & Execution

​Work closely with Product Managers to define problem statements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.

​Partner with Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and faithful implementation.

​Present research findings and design decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.

​Maintain an iterative approach through continuous experimentation, testing, and learning.

​Qualifications & Key Requirements

​Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and user research.

​Research Focus: Strong expertise in UX methodologies, user research, usability testing, and discovery frameworks.

​Design & Prototyping Tools: Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Sketch, Canva, and modern prototyping tools.

​Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into simple, usable workflows.

​Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the \"why\" behind design decisions.

Pay: ₹25,280.12 - ₹34,492.40 per month
