UI/UX Designer (Nagpur)

Key Responsibilities● UX Strategy & Architecture (Top Priority): Conduct user research, map logical user flows, and structure complex content hierarchies so information is easy to find and digest.● UI & Responsive Design: Build clean, pixel-perfect interfaces in Figma optimized seamlessly for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile devices.● Motion & Animation: Design intuitive micro-interactions and smooth UI transitions that reduce cognitive load and delight users.● Design Systems: Maintain scalable Figma component libraries, typography hierarchies, and style guides.● Collaboration & Graphics: Partner with developers to bring designs to life. Assist with supporting graphic design and multimedia assets as needed.Requirements & Qualifications● Experience: 2+ years of qualified experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer.● UX Mastery: Strong understanding of user-centered design, wireframing, and usability testing.
