UI/UX Designer — Must Have D2C Experience

What this role is about

You shape how customers experience the brand online — from the first tap on an ad to checkout and beyond. You design the storefront, product pages, landing pages and campaign creative to be clear, engaging and trustworthy across mobile and desktop. You care equally about how it looks and how it works, and you use real user behaviour to keep improving it.

What they do

Experience & interface design

• Own the end-to-end shopping journey: home, collections, product pages, cart, checkout and account flows.
• Create high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes in Figma, with clean, developer-ready specs.
• Build and maintain the design system — components, typography, colour and iconography.

Campaigns & brand

• Design landing pages, campaign creative, banners and email templates with brand and growth.
• Keep the visual language consistent and on-brand across every surface.

Research & iteration

• Run user flows, wireframes and usability reviews; use analytics and heatmaps to inform decisions.
• Partner with developers and merchandising to ship changes and measure impact.
• Design mobile-first, fast and accessible experiences focused on conversion.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in UI/UX or product design, ideally for D2C / e-commerce.
• A strong portfolio showing shipped digital work — flows, interfaces and outcomes, not just visuals.
• Expert in Figma; solid grasp of design systems, responsive/mobile-first design and prototyping.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability and conversion-focused design.
• Independence — you can take a brief from rough idea to polished, buildable design.
