UI/UX Designer (Mumbai)

Position: UI/UX Designer Location: Remote (Noida/Pune Locals Preferred) Employment Type: Contract basis About the Role We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to design a modern, intuitive, and enterprise-grade AI Interviewing Platform. You will work closely with the founder and development team to design user experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and enterprise administrators.Responsibilities - Design complete user journeys and workflows for the AI interviewing platform- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs- Design recruiter dashboards, candidate interview screens, reports, and admin panels- Build a consistent design system and reusable UI components- Ensure excellent usability across desktop and responsive web- Simplify complex AI features into intuitive user experiences- Collaborate closely with React developers during implementation- Review implemented screens and maintain design consistency Required Skills - Figma- Wireframing and prototyping- SaaS / enterprise dashboard design- Responsive web design- Design systems- User journey and workflow design- Strong understanding of contemporary UI/UX principles Experience - 3–6 years of UI/UX Design experience- Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, HRTech, AI, or B2B products preferred- Strong portfolio showcasing dashboards and web applications We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete product experience and help make Vecora.ai - modern, premium, simple and enterprise ready version.
