We move fast, test everything, and keep only what works.

The role

Our website is your playground. You'll design landing pages, run front-end tests, and keep making the site simpler and better at converting. You design in Figma, and our developer brings it to life.

What you'll do

→ Design 5–6 landing pages a month, each with a different job: launches, persona pages, offers, bundle builders, quizzes

→ Own our testing roadmap: headlines, layouts, offers, user flows. Read the results, kill or scale fast

→ Strip the website down: fewer clicks, less clutter, more orders

→ Turn ad angles into pages that convert the traffic we pay for

→ Hand over clean, dev-ready Figma files and work closely with our developer

→ Work directly with the founders. No layers, no long approvals

You're right for this if you

→ Have 1+ year designing for D2C brands, with pages that went live and results you can talk about

→ Think in conversion, not just aesthetics

→ Are sharp in Figma and understand what's practical to build

→ Use AI tools in your workflow. We actively encourage it

→ Are unorthodox. You pitch the idea nobody asked for

→ Can match our pace: idea on Monday, live by Thursday

You're probably not right if

→ You need a full brief and three weeks for one page

→ You've never looked at a conversion rate
