Full Description Data Eminence is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. In this role, you will help design digital products and interfaces that are both visually engaging and easy to use. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective digital experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting user research and gathering user feedback - Creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes - Designing responsive web and mobile interfaces - Creating high-fidelity UI designs - Developing and maintaining design systems and reusable components - Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate design implementation - Conducting usability testing and incorporating feedback - Identifying usability and accessibility issues - Creating design documentation and specifications - Working with product teams to understand business and user requirements - Staying current with modern UI/UX trends and best practices We believe in learning by doing.
