UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and user-obsessed UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience designing digital products (web and mobile).

In this role, you will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals. You’ll take complex user workflows and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and visually captivating digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and qualitative researchers throughout the entire product development lifecycle—from early concept discovery to final UI polish and handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Discovery: Conduct user interviews, competitive analysis, and usability testing to uncover real user pain points and validate design decisions.
• Information Architecture & Wireframing: Map out user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes to structure complex feature requirements clearly.
• Visual & Interface Design: Create high-fidelity visual designs, micro-interactions, and responsive layouts for web and mobile interfaces (iOS & Android).
• Design System Management: Maintain, refine, and scale our component libraries and design system to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Prototyping & Handoff: Build interactive, mid-to-high-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder reviews and user testing. Deliver pixel-perfect, developer-ready assets and specs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineers during implementation to resolve UI bugs, refine animations, and maintain design integrity in production.

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design for digital products (SaaS, Web, or Mobile apps).
• Strong Portfolio: Demonstrable portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process, user-centered problem solving, wireframes, and polished UI design.
• Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma (including auto-layout, design tokens, and interactive components) along with familiarity with tools like Framer, Principle, or Protopie.
• Design Systems: Proven experience building and contributing to modern, scalable design systems.
• UX Principles: Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and interaction design principles.
• Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern web/mobile frameworks to design technically feasible solutions and communicate smoothly with developers.
