Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UXDesigner to create intuitive, scalable, and visually polished experiences forenterprise applications. You will design dashboards, web applications, mobileapplications, design systems, and complex business workflows. You will workclosely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transformbusiness requirements into clear and user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities

Design enterprise web andmobile applications.

Create dashboards,administrative panels, data-heavy interfaces, and operational workflows.

Translate business requirementsinto user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Create and maintain scalabledesign systems and reusable UI components.

Use design systems such asTailwind CSS as a reference for consistent spacing, colors, typography, andcomponent design.

Maintain visual consistencyacross products and platforms.

Collaborate with developers andproduct teams during implementation.

Review implemented interfacesand provide design feedback.

Conduct usability testing andincorporate user feedback.

Prepare design specifications,assets, and interaction details for development.

Continuously improve existingproducts based on user needs and business goals.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UI/UXDesigner, Product Designer, or similar role.

Strong experience using Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.

Experience designing enterpriseapplications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, or business systems.

Strong understanding ofuser-centered design and usability principles.

Experience designing responsiveweb and mobile interfaces.

Experience designing complexworkflows and data-dense interfaces.

Understanding of design systemsand reusable component libraries.

Strong attention to detail andvisual consistency.

Ability to communicate designdecisions clearly.

A portfolio demonstratingrelevant UI/UX and enterprise application work.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designingapplications for manufacturing, logistics, finance, education, or otheroperational industries.

Experience conducting userinterviews or usability testing.

Familiarity with design systemsbased on Tailwind CSS or similar systems.

Experience working withrole-based access, permissions, and multi-tenant applications.

Understanding of Agile productdevelopment workflows.
