About the Role

Circuit Story Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Fresher) to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of user-centric design, visual aesthetics, and modern interface design.

You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and development teams to design engaging and user-friendly digital experiences for websites, applications, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Create responsive designs for different screen sizes and devices.
• Collaborate with developers and team members to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct basic user research and usability analysis where required.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate designs based on project requirements.
• Maintain and organize design files, components, and assets.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design systems, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma/certification in Design, UI/UX, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Figma.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design processes.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic understanding of design systems and reusable components.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is preferred.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are translated into websites.
• Knowledge of prototyping and interaction design.
• Experience with personal, academic, internship, or freelance UI/UX projects.
