About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.

Design intuitive user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve product experience.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.

Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all digital products.

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.

Continuously improve product usability based on analytics and user insights.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design (or as per company requirement).

Robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.

Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies.

Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is an added advantage.

Robust communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
