Experience: 0 – 1 Year

Salary: 3LPA – 3.6LPA

Training Period: 3 – 6 Months (10K - 15K stipend during training)

OfficialHours: 10AM – 7PM (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Second and Fourth Saturdays Off)

Job Description

Day to Day Work Involves

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.

 Design user interfaces and user experiences for web andmobile applications.

 Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.

 Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.

 Assist with the development of style guides, design systems, and other design-related

documentation.

 Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

 Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Desired Attributes

 Strong portfolio of design work demonstrating a range ofdesign styles andtechniques.

 Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, orsimilar.

 Understanding of design principles and user-centered design processes.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
