UI/UX Design Analyst

We are actively seeking a resourceful UI/UX Design Analyst to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure software applications adhere to strict performance and security standards.
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features.
• Maintain and optimize critical IT infrastructure and cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
• 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
