About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with experience in designing recruitment software and related digital products. The role focuses on creating intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user experiences for hiring workflows, applicant tracking, candidate management, and recruiter dashboards. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into user-centered designs that improve usability and engagement. The ideal candidate should have around 1 year of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and a strong understanding of designing for web-based enterprise applications. Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a user-first mindset are essential for success in this role.

Responsibility

• Design user interfaces for recruitment and hiring software
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Improve user journeys for recruiters and candidates
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Conduct basic user research and usability reviews
• Maintain design consistency across screens and features
• Support design updates based on feedback and testing

Qualifications

• 1 year of UI/UX design experience
• Experience with recruitment or HR software design
• Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools
• Understanding of responsive web design
• Ability to create clean and user-friendly interfaces
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
