UI / UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2-5 years of experience to create intuitive, engaging, and user friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The role involves working closely with product and development teams to turn business and user requirements into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs.
• Develop responsive designs and maintain consistent UI across platforms.
• Create and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Incorporate user and stakeholder feedback to improve designs.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Good understanding of UX principles, usability, and responsive design.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
• Experience with design systems and reusable components.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects is required.

Good to Have

• Experience designing SaaS, web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with user research or usability testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
