Role Overview As a UI/UX Trainee at udChalo, you will embark on a journey to understand and contribute to the design processes that enhance user experiences across our digital platforms. This role offers hands on experience in crafting intuitive interfaces, understanding user needs, and collaborating with cross functional teams to bring designs to life. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions. - Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs accordingly. - Support in maintaining and updating the design system to ensure consistency across all platforms. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design processes. - Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace. - A portfolio showcasing academic or personal projects related to UI/UX design is a plus. Preferred Skills - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards. - Exposure to user research methodologies and usability testing. - Ability to accept feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
