We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can translate our brand vision into intuitive, visually compelling and high-performing digital experiences.Role OverviewAs a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing seamless digital experiences across Rotoris’ website, e-commerce platforms and other digital touchpoints. You will work closely with the creative, marketing and tech teams to create designs that are both aesthetically strong and user-centric.Key Responsibilities- Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX experiences for web and mobile platforms.- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.- Design and optimize e-commerce journeys, landing pages and product pages.- Translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions.- Maintain consistency across layouts, typography, visual elements and overall brand language.- Conduct basic user research and analyse user behaviour to identify areas for improvement.- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and seamless design implementation.- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams on digital campaigns and brand initiatives.- Continuously identify opportunities to improve usability, conversion and overall customer experience.- Stay updated with current UI/UX, e-commerce and digital design trends.Requirements- 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.- Strong proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.- Strong understanding of user-centred design, responsive design and design systems.- Experience designing for e-commerce/D2C brands will be an advantage.- Strong visual design sense with attention to detail.- Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.- Good understanding of UX principles, user journeys and conversion-focused design.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX and digital product work is mandatory.
