Job Description

• Design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Create visually appealing and functional interfaces that meet user needs and business requirements.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Develop design systems, reusable UI components, and consistent visual guidelines.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
• Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, business requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Convert business requirements into effective and practical UX solutions.
• Ensure consistency in typography, colours, layouts, spacing, and overall visual design.
• Create clean, modern, responsive, and conversion-focused designs.

User Research & Usability

• Conduct user research to understand user requirements, behaviours, and pain points.
• Conduct usability testing and analyse feedback to improve the user experience.
• Apply UX principles to create simple, accessible, and user-friendly digital products.
• Identify usability issues and recommend appropriate design improvements.
