Its expertise includes mortgage servicing, debt collections, bankruptcy, real estate transactions, accounts receivable management, and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX research, stakeholder discussions, user interviews, workflow analysis, persona development, and journey mapping.
• Design intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces for enterprise web applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and information brochures.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and design guidelines in Figma.
• Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, competitor analysis, and design validation.
• Prepare developer-ready design specifications, interaction states, and handoff documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.
• Translate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria into user-friendly designs.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• 3–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, design libraries, and developer handoff.
• Experience with AI-powered UI/UX tools such as Uizard, Framer, Galileo, UX Pilot, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, user research, and usability testing.
• Experience with responsive web application design and enterprise UI patterns.
• Hands-on experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2, accessibility, contrast ratios, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader-friendly design.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, APIs, component-based development, forms, validation, and role-based workflows.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and issue tracking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Certification in Design or a related field.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, workflow management, or business process applications.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem applications.

• Location preference: Candidates residing within 8–10 km of Magarpatta City, Pune, are preferred. Candidates living farther away must be willing to relocate.
