About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior UI/UX & Visual Designer who can independently take ownership of the complete design experience for our websites and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should be an all-round designer who can handle the entire design process from understanding the user and business requirements, creating UX flows and wireframes, designing the UI, to creating the visual/creative elements required for web and app pages.

This role requires someone who can work independently and deliver the complete design without relying on separate UI/UX and Creative Designers.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of web and mobile app design from concept to final delivery.

Understand business and product requirements and translate them into effective user experiences.

Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Design complete website and mobile app pages, including layouts, sections, components, visual elements, and interactive states.

Handle both UX thinking and creative visual execution for web and app experiences.

Create engaging visual treatments, page compositions, illustrations, icons, graphics, and other creative elements required within digital products.

Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Create and maintain design systems, UI components, styles, and reusable design assets.

Ensure consistency across typography, colours, spacing, grids, imagery, icons, and visual hierarchy.

Work closely with Product, Development, Marketing, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.

Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders.

Prepare designs and specifications for developers and ensure accurate implementation.

Review implemented designs and identify UI/UX improvements.

Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining quality and timelines.

Qualifications

Keep up with current UI/UX, visual design, interaction design, and AI design trends.

Required Skills & Expertise58 years of professional experience in UI/UX and Visual Design.

Skills Required

Strong expertise in both UX and UI design.

Advanced proficiency in Figma mandatory.

Handson experience with Sketch mandatory.

Ability to independently design a complete web or mobile app experience.

Strong visual and creative design skills.

Excellent understanding of typography, colour, composition, grids, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

Strong understanding of responsive web and mobile design.

Experience with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and usability.

Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.

Ability to create creative and visually engaging UI layouts and digital assets for web and app pages.

Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual quality.

Ability to take a project from Requirement UX Wireframe UI Visual Design Prototype Developer Handoff independently.

Good to Have

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend implementation.

Knowledge of motion design and microinteractions.

Experience with AI-powered design tools.

Experience working on consumerfacing digital products, ecommerce, SaaS, or subscriptionbased platforms.
