Process: New Zealand & Australia Process (Inbound)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for travel bookings
• Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups and convincing communication
• Promote and sell domestic & international flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, and travel insurance
• Understand customer travel requirements and suggest the best travel options as per budget and preference
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
• Maintain customer database, lead status, and sales reports
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and convincing ability
• Customer handling and relationship management skills
• Good knowledge of travel booking portals and ticketing systems
• GDS knowledge is required (Amadeus preferred)
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
• Languages Required: Hindi & English

Qualifications

• Freshers can also apply
• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in flight ticketing, travel sales, or travel consultancy preferred
• Prior experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage
