Travel Consultant / Holiday Consultant

Safe Trip Holidays is looking for a Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The candidate should be confident in handling customers, preparing holiday packages, following up on enquiries and converting leads into bookings.

Responsibilities

• Handle travel enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and social media
• Understand customer requirements, destination, dates and budget
• Prepare domestic & international holiday itineraries and quotations
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers and other suppliers
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings
• Manage booking confirmations, payments and travel documents
• Maintain customer and enquiry records
• Provide pre-travel and post-booking support
• Build good relationships with clients and encourage repeat business/referrals

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in travel/holiday sales preferred
• Good communication skills in English & Tamil
• Confident in speaking with customers
• Good sales and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of flights, hotels, itineraries and holiday packages
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and email
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and clients
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Sales-oriented and target-focused

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
