Job Summary

Harsha Institutions is looking for an experienced Transportation Manager to oversee fleet operations, route planning, driver supervision, vehicle maintenance, and safe, timely transportation of students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bus routes, schedules, vehicle allocation, and daily transport operations.
• Supervise drivers, attendance, duty schedules, and performance.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
• Ensure valid vehicle documents, permits, insurance, fitness certificates, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain transport records, trip sheets, and reports.
• Coordinate with management, Principals, and administrative teams for transport requirements.
• Ensure passenger safety and handle transport-related emergencies and complaints.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in transport or fleet management.
• Knowledge of route planning, vehicle maintenance, transport regulations, and MS Excel.
• Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
