Company: SHRICON Conveyors Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Karad, Maharashtra

Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Fabrication Industry

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day production and fabrication activities.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Follow up on cutting, drilling, welding, grinding, and assembly activities.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with the Quality, Design, and Stores departments.
• Maintain daily production reports and job progress records.
• Support production planning, material utilization, and productivity improvement.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and engineering drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
• Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and problem-solving mindset.
