Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, preparing documentation, analyzing data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams.
• Analyze data using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams.
• Support project documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and business analysis.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Jira is a plus.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome.
