Job Summary

As a Tibco Senior Developer- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Managed Services team, focusing on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to enhance client operations. Within our Managed Services practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver exceptional services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency for our clients.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in challenging conversations with clients and team members, and uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's broader business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to optimize client operations
• Guiding delivery teams in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
• Developing automation frameworks and solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
• Analyzing system components to identify interactions and improve performance
• Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop new skills
• Engaging in strategic questioning and stakeholder engagement to drive business transformation
• Implementing business process automation to streamline workflows and reduce costs
• Validating data quality automation processes to maintain service excellence
• Addressing conflicts and facilitating difficult conversations with clients and team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO HAWK.
• Experience in messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS, MQ , other JMS providers.
• Experience in TIBCO Data Virtualization.
• Experience/Strong Knowledge on Java , KAFKA streaming is preferable.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing RESTful/SOAP/Messaging services and other integration protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional TIBCO certification(s).
• TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above is mandatory.
• Experience/Knowledge with cloud platforms and services.
• Previous experience working in a globally distributed team environment.
