Lead and manage a team of testers for ETL, Data Warehouse, and BI testing projects.Develop comprehensive test strategies and QA frameworks.Define testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.Oversee test planning, estimation, and resource allocation.Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.Monitor testing progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.Manage defect tracking and resolution.Coordinate with development teams, business users, and stakeholders.Establish testing metrics and KPIs.Mentor team members and support their professional development.Drive continuous improvement in testing processes.Manage UAT activities and client interactions.Conduct performance reviews and skill assessments.Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.812 years of testing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong experience in Data Warehouse, ETL, and BI Testing.Expertise in Qlik / QlikView / Qlik Sense testing and validation.Advanced SQL and database knowledge.Experience with ALM / JIRA or similar test management tools.Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality frameworks.Experience managing performance testing initiatives.Strong project management and risk assessment skills.Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.Experience in resource planning and capacity management.Preferred Skills:

Test automation frameworks and strategies.Tableau / Power BI.Data governance and compliance.Agile / Scrum.ISTQB / CSTE certification.Data quality management.Experience managing offshore/onshore testing teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Compensation: 913,180.28 - 1,513,840.88 per year
