Territory Sales, Technical & Operations Manager – Automotive PPF Scratchgard Technology Pvt. Ltd. Multiple Locations Across India Scratchgard Technology is expanding its nationwide automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF) business and is building a strong field team to manage dealership relationships, business development and PPF operations across India. We are looking for hands-on Territory Managers who can develop business, work closely with automotive dealerships and ensure that PPF jobs are executed on time and to the required quality standards. This is not a desk-based sales or coordination role. You will own the territory commercially and operationally. Key Responsibilities • Develop PPF business across assigned automotive dealerships and accounts. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory. • Onboard recent dealerships and establish the PPF operating process at each location. • Build strong relationships with dealership principals, accessories teams, sales managers, service teams and other key stakeholders. • Present product solutions, commercial benefits and operating processes to dealership teams. • Drive sales, maintain a solid prospect pipeline and work towards defined territory targets. • Coordinate daily PPF requirements and allocate installation jobs to approved applicators. • Ensure applicator attendance, material availability, installation completion and proper job documentation. • Monitor installation quality and support technical troubleshooting, rectification and dealer concerns. • Develop additional applicator resources and maintain sufficient backup capacity across the territory. • Monitor open, completed and delayed jobs and escalate potential SLA issues before they become dealer complaints. • Conduct product and process training for dealership teams, partners and applicators. • Maintain accurate reporting of sales opportunities, dealership activity, installations and territory performance. • Trave
