Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Executive (TSE) with 1–2 years of experience in FMCG field sales. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, visiting retailers and distributors, promoting company products, and developing business in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales requirement.
• Visit shops, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote company products.
• Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Collect orders and follow up on product deliveries.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, where applicable.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution.
• Customer relationship management.
• Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

• 06 Months–2 years of experience in FMCG field sales.
• Experience handling retailers, wholesalers, or distributors is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in food products, spices, packaged foods, or consumer goods will be preferred.
• Must be willing to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
• And must have vehicles.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
• Other benefits as per company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
