Telecaller – Digital Marketing Agency

Bluesoft Infotech is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller – (Digital Marketing Agency to connect with potential business clients, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our Business Development Manager (BDM).

The candidate will be responsible for introducing our digital marketing and web development services to business owners, understanding their business.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000+ per month

Work Location: In Person

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Make Inbound and outbound calls to potential customers and business owners.
• Introduce Bluesoft Infotech and explain our Website, digital marketing services & Automation tools.
• Generate leads and identify businesses interested in Website and Digital marketing services.
• Explain the benefits of Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website development, and other digital marketing solutions.
• Schedule appointments and arrange meetings for the Business Development Manager.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up status via CRM.
• Build professional relationships with potential clients and communicate confidently.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with business owners over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and customer communication.
• Ability to convince prospects and handle objections professionally.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales will be an added advantage.
