Tele Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure they reach their individual and collective targets.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement scalable sales strategies, territory plans, and tactics to acquire new business and expand existing key accounts.
• Revenue & Forecasting: Set quarterly/annual sales quotas, track team performance, and provide accurate sales forecasts to executive management.
• Pipeline & CRM Oversight: Monitor sales funnels, optimize sales cycles, and ensure strict CRM compliance across the team.
• Key Deal Support: Step in to assist team members with high-value negotiations, complex pitches, and key client retention strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, improve lead quality, and ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
