Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai that combines responsibilities across Tele Calling, Territory Sales Management, Civil Engineering, and Service Engineering, depending on business needs and candidate strengths. Day-to-day tasks may include contacting prospective and existing customers by phone, explaining products and services, and documenting interactions in a structured manner. Territory Sales responsibilities include visiting clients within the assigned region, identifying new business opportunities, supporting negotiations, and maintaining strong relationships to achieve sales targets. Civil Engineering duties may involve assisting in project planning, site supervision, coordination with contractors, and ensuring work quality and safety standards are met. Service Engineering tasks typically include installing, commissioning, and maintaining equipment, diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and preparing service reports. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, adherence to company policies, and a commitment to timely, professional customer support.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle tele calling, client discussions, and professional email or report writing.
• Candidates should possess sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, territory management, negotiation, and follow-up to support revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess basic to advanced civil engineering knowledge, such as understanding drawings, site supervision, quality checks, and safety practices.
• Candidates should possess technical and service-oriented skills, including equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of service activities.
• Candidates should possess organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan work, prioritize tasks, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A diploma or degree in Engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or related field) or a relevant qualification in sales/technical support is beneficial.
• Prior experience in tele calling, field sales, civil projects, or service engineering is an advantage, though motivated entry-level candidates may also be considered.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, travel within assigned territories if required, and adhere to company safety and compliance standards.
