Job Description

Provide expertise to leverage digital optimally for practical & implementable solution i.e. solution is in line with respect to business objectives, scale and volume.

Identify necessary pre-requisite & limitations for digital implementation & establish ease of integration of digital solutions.

Drives short, medium & long term implementation plans with prioritized digital initiatives.

Work with Process/Domain SMEs to come up with Digital Roadmap & Weave Digital across the Overall E2E transformation Road map.

Leads sessions on developing AS-IS understanding for digital: As-Is Digital footprint and capabilities through SME interviews, Qualitative and quantitative data analysis for building.

Experience in RPA or Machine Learning, platform implementation, HyperautomationHelps in demonstrating applicability of proposed digital solutions.

Leads sessions & drives developing necessary Digital solution hypothesis and rationales for To-be Roadmap.

Drives maximizing the opportunities for digital & automated solutions as part of an overall transformation should have experience managing hackathon/idea generation.

Progressive experience in production support, intelligent automation.

Should be a value architect & Innovation manager for any domain/Industry.

Strong understanding of underlaying technology, solutioning, rationale of selected and proposing solution components.

End to end solution. I

nsurance domain knowledge is must but experience in UK insurance domain knowledge would be preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
