Technical Trainer – Python, AI/ML & Data Analytics

We are looking for a Technical Trainer with strong hands-on expertise in Python, AI/ML and Data Analytics to train college students through classroom, lab, hands-on and project-based sessions. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging Python, AI/ML & Data Analytics training to college students. Conduct live coding, practical exercises, assignments and assessments. Explain technical concepts through hands-on demonstrations and real-world use cases. Mentor students on mini-projects and industry-oriented projects. Guide students in developing data analytics solutions, machine learning models and AI applications. Resolve technical doubts and ensure effective learning outcomes. Coordinate with college faculty and internal training teams. Travel to different colleges across Bengaluru for training programs. Required Skills Strong hands-on knowledge of Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib/Seaborn and SQL. Good understanding of Data Cleaning, EDA, Data Visualisation and basic Statistics. Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts, supervised/unsupervised learning, model training, evaluation and feature engineering. Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn and building practical ML models. Knowledge of Deep Learning, TensorFlow/PyTorch and NLP is an advantage. Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering and AI APIs is a strong advantage. Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is an advantage. Experience building practical Python, Data Analytics and AI/ML projects. Excellent communication, presentation and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Willingness to travel within Bengaluru. Eligibility 2–4 years of relevant industry/training experience in Python, AI/ML, Data Science or Data Analytics. B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/BCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, IT or related fields preferred. Strong practical skills and communication ability are essential. Prior experience training or mentoring college students is an added advantage. Ideal Candidate: Someone who can code it, analyze it, explain it, demonstrate it and teach students to build it themselves.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
