Technical Project Manager (Web & Mobile)

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead and coordinate our software engineering teams. In this role, you will bridge business requirements and technical execution, directly managing Full Stack Developers (React/Node.js) and Flutter Mobile Developers to deliver web and mobile applications on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Sprint &
• Workflow Management: Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, task estimation, and retrospectives using Jira or Trello.
• Technical Oversight &
• Coordination: Facilitate technical alignment between Flutter mobile app releases and Node.js/React backend API integrations.
• Delivery &
• Milestone Tracking: Track project progress, eliminate technical blockers, manage risk, and ensure high-quality software releases.
• Stakeholder &
• Client Communication: Translate business goals into clear user stories, technical tickets, and scope documentation.
• Quality &
• Deployment Assurance: Coordinate code releases across web platforms and app stores (Google Play Store &
• Apple App Store).

Key Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of software project management experience within an IT services firm, product startup, or software agency.
• Strong technical backgroundprior hands-on experience as a developer, QA lead, or technical analyst is highly preferred.
• Solid grasp of modern web and mobile tech stacks (React, Node.js, Flutter, REST APIs).
• Demonstrated experience delivering both cross-platform mobile apps (iOS &
• Android) and web applications.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or ClickUp).
