Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with strong experience in Enterprise SaaS/B2B products and Logistics/Supply Chain technology. The candidate should have strong product management skills along with good technical understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, cloud, architecture, and AI/ML.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution.
• Understand logistics/supply-chain workflows and convert business problems into scalable product solutions.
• Define PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Design, KAM, and Customer Success teams.
• Drive products from discovery to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Balance customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in Enterprise SaaS/B2B products.
• Logistics / Supply Chain domain experience is required.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, integrations, databases, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud SaaS.
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, OCR, automation, or predictive analytics.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.

Preferred Domain Experience

Logistics Technology, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, Freight/Shipment Management, Fleet/Route Management, or Last-Mile Delivery.
