Technical Product Manager - BPO (Hawala Kalan)

We are hiring a highly analytical and technically skilled professional to manage Product Operations, Email Infrastructure, QA Testing, Database Monitoring, and Report Automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling cross-functional coordination, ensuring system reliability, improving email deliverability, and supporting product development processes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

Create and manage Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

Define tasks, workflows, and bug reports for development teams

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, Development, and Operations

Ensure timely execution and delivery of product features

Email Deliverability & Infrastructure Management

Monitor and improve email deliverability performance

Manage and optimize email infrastructure systems

Perform campaign testing and analyze performance metrics

Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign success rates

Handle domain reputation monitoring and capacity scaling

Monitor sender reputation, bounce rates, spam complaints, and inbox placement

QA Testing

Perform manual testing for applications and systems

Conduct configuration testing and UI testing

Execute regression and sanity testing

Validate newly developed features and fixed bugs

Identify, document, and report issues effectively

Coordinate with developers to ensure issue resolution

MongoDB & System Configuration

Create and maintain MongoDB monitoring queries

Update and manage system configurations related to email infrastructure

Monitor database performance and operational health

Support infrastructure stability and scalability

Report Automation

Develop automated reports using Python

Build dashboards and recurring reporting systems

Analyze operational and campaign data for business insights

Improve reporting efficiency through automation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of Product Management processes

Experience writing PRDs, bug reports, and task definitions

Knowledge of Email Deliverability and Email Infrastructure Management

Experience in QA Testing methodologies

Hands-on experience with MongoDB

Proficiency in Python for automation and reporting

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment .
