Job Description
- We are looking for Technical Lead - NFC with 9 to 12 Yr of Experience for our esteemed client for Trivandrum | Hyderabad | Bangalore | Pune Locations.
- Key Skills: NFC, C, NFC tags, RF principles
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in projects utilizing Near Field Communication (NFC) technologies
- Strong programming skills in C
- In-depth knowledge of NFC standards such as ISO/IEC 14443 and ISO/IEC 18000-3
- Experience in implemeting NFC tags and readers
- General knowledge in wireless networking, including understanding of RF principles.
- Ability to make strategic technical decisions and guide the team towards successful project completion.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of NFC software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software releases.
- Work closely with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prior experience in IoT or embedded systems development is a plus.
- Knowledge of C++/Python development
- Experience with RTOS development
