Technical Lead- Mern Fullstack, NodeJS, AI, Microservices

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Manager who can lead a full-stack engineering team while staying deeply technical. You'll drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows (including LLMs like Claude) across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack developers (MERN stack)
• Own technical architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices
• Drive adoption of AI/LLM tools (Claude, GPT, Copilot, etc.) for development productivity and product features
• Design and oversee scalable Node.js/Express backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs
• Guide frontend architecture using React.js, Redux/Context API, and modern UI practices
• Integrate AI capabilities (chatbots, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, LLM APIs) into products
• Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver on roadmap timelines
• Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability
• Manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN)
• Proven experience leading/managing a development team (3+ years in a lead/manager capacity)
• Practical experience working with AI/LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar) — prompt engineering, function calling, RAG, or agentic tooling
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Git, and version control workflows
• Strong understanding of database design (SQL & NoSQL)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
