Job Description
- We are looking for Technical Lead BLE/DECT with 9 to 12 Yr of Experience for our esteemed client for Trivandrum | Hyderabad | Bangalore | Pune Locations.
- Key Skills: BLE, DECT, Bluetooth ARM Cortex-M
- Mandatory experience in Low-level protocol development (Either Bluetooth, Bluetooth LE audio, DECT or any other real-time protocols)
- Fully competent in all aspects of software engineering, concerning coding and testing.
- Ability to prioritise work, set goals and meet deadlines for self and others.
- System knowledge (SW/HW)
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in C programming and experience in development of software in deeply embedded platforms
- Verification and testing of deliverables against specifications and requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop SW in the respective areas according to the SDK Vision and Roadmap and in collaboration with the SW Architects
- “Own” the quality of the software (ensure the quality of delivered software)
- Write, test and document Embedded Software.
- Schedule own tasks, participate in SW planning and report progress to project leader
- Design, develop, and test BLE-enabled embedded systems
- Work with other engineers to integrate BLE into existing systems
- Develop and maintain BLE software and firmware
- Analyze and troubleshoot BLE problems
- Work with customers to define and implement BLE requirements.
- Stay up to date on the latest BLE technologies
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
