Technical Expert:Full Stack Developer-IM

Technical Expert-Full Stack Developer: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Expert with a strong background in .NET, SQL, PHP, and React. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dynamic individual who excels at solving complex technical problems and driving development projects to completion. In addition to the core technologies, cloud experience is a plus, as we look to expand our infrastructure and capabilities in the cloud. As a Technical Expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and support high-quality software solutions. You will also provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to other developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of web and software applications using .NET, PHP, React, SQL, Java microservices & Openshift.
• Design, implement, and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using SQL.
• Work on front-end development using React to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, and manage containerized application deployments using OpenShift.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate server-side logic with front-end frameworks.
• Analyze system requirements and help design scalable, robust, and maintainable systems.
• Assist in creating the ARD and design documents by analyzing the environment.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across different layers of the application stack.
• Write and maintain clean, well-documented, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
• Work in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in cloud computing, and propose improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Solid proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API).
• Strong experience with SQL (T-SQL, database design, and optimization).
• Good knowledge of PHP for back-end development.
• Extensive experience in React for front-end development, including hooks, state management, and component design.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Ability to work with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to simplify technical specification to Business stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET, PHP, SQL, and React.

Good To Have (Preferred Partner Expertise)

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with building CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker.
• Familiarity with Google APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Experience: 5-7 Years of professional full-stack development experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
