🎓 Qualifications

✅ B.Sc. / B.A. / B.Com. / Diploma

✅ 1–3 years of experience in Marketing / Technical Marketing

✅ Knowledge of AutoCAD (Civil)

📈 Marketing Skills Required

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to identify and generate new leads

✅ Customer follow-up and relationship management

✅ Ability to approach architects, builders, contractors and developers

✅ Product presentation and demonstration skills

✅ Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

✅ Ability to achieve marketing and sales targets

✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

🔑 Key Requirements

🚗 Valid Driving Licence

📱 Smartphone

🗣️ Fluency in English & Tamil

💻 Basic knowledge of technical drawing and design

🏗️ Knowledge of construction/building materials will be an advantage

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Promote and market BBMPH building material products
• Visit architects, builders, contractors, developers and project sites
• Generate new business enquiries and leads
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team
• Prepare basic AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts
• Support marketing materials, product presentations and designs
• Regularly follow up with enquiries and prospective customers
