Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to Sales and Marketing teams for product launches, trials, and promotional activities. Investigate and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with Quality, Production, and other cross-functional teams. Prepare, review, and update technical documentation for recent and existing products, including: Technical Data Sheets (TDS) Method Statements Test reports and third-party certifications Identify applicable industry standards and certification (ASTM, ISO, CE) requirements and drive compliance for products. Design and deliver technical training programs for internal teams, channel partners, and customers.
